Taco Johns

As part of my "What the heck am I eating series.

I went to Taco Johns. The tacos which were supposed to be soft shell, but the flour tortilla shell was hard as a rock.  So...

I took the insides of the taco, and poured it over the Potato Ole and made it sort of a Potato ole supreme.

Another segment of what the heck am I eating.

This time I was at the hospital. it was a great meal.



People assume that Hospital food has got to be blan, no flavor or boring. However the food in Hosptials are great .

Pace maker

For a while, I have been diagnosed with heart failure. It was treated with medication and with diet. However, recently I have been very sluggish, no energy and have to take more breaks when I walk. 
I went in again for a test, and it showed that my heart was not receiving the Electronic signals to my left side of the heart. So its actually fighting each other for the signals.

So, I am going to have to have a Pacemaker/ Deliberator So that the signals are working together and so that my heart will be in sync with the signals.

It is very scary to think about it all, but at the same time, I am very excited to live in an age that this is done quickly, and with more accurate machines.

Hospital food

what I had at the Hospital after my doctors appointment. Hospital food is really getting better Than it used to be. the food is fresher and has better flavor.

I had a spinach wrap, with Roast Beef and Cheddar. Tomato and lettuce with a pickle.

I also had chips which comes with it, and a side of Brustle sprouts... Came to $7.00 for the whole meal.
